When you breathe deeply, neurotransmitters become regulated. The benefits of deep breathing have an immediate impact on energy levels.

Pausing to breathe brings you into the present moment. Breathe slowly and consciously. Over. Of time, you will be able to notice the difference in response rather than react. Whenever I end up taking my stress level, I use 4-5-7 breath practice to center myself. A former aeromedical doctor shared this method to reduce my blood pressure. I didn’t know it at the time, but this was my first exercise in self-regulating breathing, which I now know as meditation.

Tip #1 : Inhale: 2-3-4

  • Target hold: 2-3-4-5
  • Exhale: 2 -3 -4 -5 -6 -7
