Mindset matters because what you think is how you’re interpreting, or think of it this way – it’s the lens through which you see the entire world. Our lives are entwined with circumstances that are full of ambiguous information or have incomplete information in the moment that lead us to how we interrupt the space into our reality. Our mindset is also based on our beliefs, experiences, and our childhood. And our mindset impacts not just us mentally, but also our physical health.

Tip #1 – Shift your mindset to listen better to your body, a valued partner, worthy of time, care and compassion.

Tip #2 – Create new habits. Bring awareness to the habits and the mindset to the inner monologue is to intentionally choose a different path forward.

Tip #3 – Change your narrative. We all have personal stories and narratives about our bodies and lives that are born from individual experience. I invite you to listen deeply to your inner voice, ask yourself questions.
