There is nothing wrong with a happy hour beer or glass of wine for dinner. To keep physical and mental health risks low, limit your alcohol intake. For men – two 8 oz. of alcohol a day are your limits. If not, it puts you at risk for disease such as cancers.

For women – your limits are anything more than 5 oz. of alcohol per day puts you at risk.

Alcohol may put you to sleep, it will not keep you asleep.
