Letting go can seem difficult because it means letting go of certain aspects of your past and identity that you might be attached to. It also means letting go of your expectations of how things should be and wanting to control situations or outcomes. Some people think that letting go hints of being wrong or allowing some else to be right. Sound familiar? Any one of these reasons could grow a person’s psyche out of balance. Keep in mind your body/mind operates optimally when it’s in balance much like a jetliner’s center of gravity (CG). In humans this means to balance it takes time to recognize, re-balance, and the willingness to let go.

Tip #1 – Recognize when it’s time to let go. This is the most difficult part.
