20mayAll DayAttend a Spiritual Service

Event Details

Gathering with others with the intention to connect and practice rituals is nothing new – as humans, we all yearn for connection: to be seen, appreciated, and loved. But there seems to be a need, now more than ever, to craft these intentional spaces with the people in our lives. Regular gatherings are a long-standing spiritual tradition, from the Jewish Shabbat dinner on Friday night to Christian church services on Sunday morning. In the Buddhist tradition, a sangha is a local community of mindfulness practitioners who gather to meditate and to encourage each other on the path of practice. It doesn’t matter what you do; just bring your attention and set an intention to connect with people for the purpose of deepening presence and connection, with friends, family, and others who are like minded and inviting them to gather.

In order to forgive:

Tip #1 – Make it official – designate a place, day, and time to come together with others.

Tip #2 – Make it a new habit or host a gathering and a potluck! .
